In John Maxwells book, the 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, he entitled the 20^th law, “The Law of EXPLOSIVE GROWTH”. He attributes explosive growth to leadership development. As leaders are we developing followers or leaders? Explosive growth takes place when leaders develop leaders and those leaders develop leaders and so on. Explosive growth is not the result of a one man show. Explosive growth is the fruit of empowering men and woman to lead others, entrusting them with the vision, mission, and integrity of the corporation. As I step back and honestly look at the makeup of the church I pastor, The Life Church, it is then that the explosive growth that I only used to dream about becomes a reality.  What I mean is, when I step back I see the faces of those that the Holy Spirit has drawn to our new work. God has truly given us present and future spiritual giants. I repeatedly say to other pastors that I pastor leaders. Because of that we are a candidate for EXPLOSIVE GROWTH!
