Future AG
There is great discussion taking place amongst AG Pastors concerning the future of our movement. At times the discussion turns debate, but that’s ok. It’s healthy and in the end produces growth, I think! The plat form for these discussions is www.futureag.blogspot.com. Check it out; it’s definitely worth your time. The AG is at such a pivotal point in its history. One question being discussed / debated is, is speaking in tongues the initial evidence proving that a person has received the Baptism of The Holy Spirit? Wow, who would ever have thought the day would come that we could discuss such a sacred distinction without the threat of losing our credentials! I guess it’s a sign of the times.
When I read the comment on the blog futureag "My first response to an altar call for the Holy Spirit was one that could be characterized as hyper-emotional and pressurized."
All I could think was at least he was able to get through it. How many don't, or in the effort not to look like a failure fake it, then think everything else about their walk has to be fake?
