Giants & Mountains

The past two years have been adventure filled to say the least. This church plant journey has been one wild ride! We have faced some BIG giants and have climbed some HUGE mountains! One thing I have learned is, giants and mountains are a necessary part of the process. Looking back I can say that the giants I faced made be better. The mountains I climbed made ne stronger. God used my giants and my mountains to mold me and to shape me. When the giants and mountains of life arise we are presented with choices. Either we face the giant or we run from the giant.  Either we climb the mountain or we look for ways around the mountain. We have faced our giants and have climbed our mountains thus far, but it’s not over! As we continue to grow as leaders there will always be giants to face and mountains to climb. It’s all a part of the journey. Now, when the resisting forces knock on my door I welcome them. Why? I now understand that they are an invitation for me to grow as a leader. If I face them and climb them I will grow and bare much fruit in my life.
