Once again I find myself bringing another week to an end. The weeks are flying by. Life is flying by for that matter. It's Friday and I'm just hanging out with Noelle. This is one of my favorite days of the week. I love spending quality daddy daughter time with her. What a blessing it is to have this opportunity. She is wise beyond her years, her little mind never stops! Parents, take the time to get to know your kids. The fact is they won't always be around. For instance, Nate my oldest son is 13! Not sure how or when that happened, but it did! Just yesterday we were bringing him home for the first time, or so it seems. It was actually 13 years ago. 13 years that have flown by with great velocity. In just 5 short years we will be preparing him to leave home for the first time. He was here and will be gone in the blink of an eye. Until then we will work hard to create life lasting memories, and cherish the few precious we have left with our baby. So.......Enjoy your kids, they are gifts. Even on those days when.................you can fill in the blank! They will be gone before you know it, that's a fact. Remember time is a precious commodity, once you spend it you can't get it back. Spend it wisely.
