Hunger?
I know that anytime I post a thought that isnt 100% in agreement with the Florida Revival or Todd Bentley I run the risk of being labeled as.....judgmental, conservative, legalisitic, closed minded, not hungry, and a few more adjectives I'm sure. I keep hearing this word hungry. I understand the principle of spiritual hunger, I do. I myself am hungry for a move of God in our nation as much as anyone. I cannot become so hungry though, that I eat just anything that is served on my spiritual plate! Fact is there are certain foods both practically and spiritually speaking that are bad for your health! You cant attach the name of Jesus to just anything and call it a good meal. Wrapping something that is doctrinally wrong with Jesus and God and then calling it good seems to be the trend as of late. That is a dangerous approach and potentially hazardous. What happened to sound doctrine? Better question, what is sound doctrine? It seems as if it has been reduced by some to an opinion. When it comes to Doctrine the idea that we are to eat the meat and spit out the bones does not apply! One last thought for now. Eat with discernment, know what's on your plate. Don't inhale, chew slowly and cautiously before digesting.
that is GOOD. !!! that is about all i say about that... good article.
